Legally in the US you can't allow anyone under the age of 13 to join a site that requires them to give out personal information or email, without the parents prior consent. SO a child can't legally join the "Disney" website without the parent signing them up. SO basically I have no choice but it makes sense. If a kid really wants to join they can ask them mom and their mom can sign them up etc. Just an FYI... Just following "the rules" :)
